Students travelled to Angel Place in the Sydney CBD and enjoyed a moderated concert, filled with music from across the globe. The live symphony orchestra played works from Brahms, Copland and de Falla, among others, including contemporary Australian composers Gifford and Sainsbury.

It was a memorable experience for all, and the first time in many years that GISS students were able to enjoy a Sydney Symphony concert during their school day. It was a logistical mountain to transport so many children to the city, three days in a row, and thanks go to GISS staff and Frank our bus driver for making this wonderful experience possible!
